Finding people is easy.
Finding the
right fit
is different.
Thoughtful, hands-on recruitment that gets to know the person, the business and what makes the right fit.
Less CV noise. More thought behind every match.
Right business.
A considered match built on more than a job description and a CV.
Recruitment is personal. I think it should stay that way.
I'm Bianca, the person behind TalentHive Recruitment. When you work with TalentHive, you're working directly with me.
I take the time to understand the businesses I work with, the people behind them and what a genuinely good fit looks like. And when I'm working with candidates, I want to understand more than what's written on a CV.
For me, good recruitment comes down to communication, honesty and relationships that last. I'd rather introduce a small number of carefully selected people than send over piles of CVs and hope one works.
Recruitment across the sectors that keep business moving.
From operational teams to specialist roles, TalentHive recruits across four core sectors — always with the same personal, considered approach.
Industrial
Finding dependable people who fit the role, the environment and the team around them.
Engineering
Connecting technical experience with businesses that need the right skills and the right fit.
Logistics & Driving
Supporting the people and roles that keep operations, transport and supply chains moving.
Commercial
Matching businesses with people who can strengthen their office, customer and commercial teams.
Two sides of recruitment. One personal approach.
Whether you're building a team or looking for your next opportunity, the process starts with understanding the person behind the brief.
Less searching. More considered introductions.
Tell Bianca what the business really needs, and she'll take the time to understand the role, the team and the person who is going to fit into it.
More than a CV. More than another candidate.
Your experience matters, but so does what you're looking for next. Bianca takes the time to understand the person behind the CV.
Recruitment should do more than fill the vacancy.
A more considered approach means less noise, better conversations and a recruitment process that works properly for both sides.
People and partnerships, not numbers. That's the thinking behind TalentHive.
Recruitment that feels in-house.
You work directly with Bianca, who takes the time to understand how your business actually works, the team around the role and what success in it really looks like.
So the search starts with your business, not just a job description.
Shortlists, not inbox clutter.
Less time working through unsuitable CVs. The aim is a smaller, considered shortlist where there is a genuine reason each person is there.
More time speaking to the right people. Less time filtering through the wrong ones.
More context. Better hiring conversations.
Salary expectations, market movement, recruitment challenges and changes that could affect your workforce all form part of the wider conversation.
TalentHive isn't only useful when there is a vacancy waiting to be filled.
Candidates remember how they're treated.
No feeling like another CV in a database. Candidates get someone who takes the time to understand what they want next and genuinely looks after them through the process.
Because a good recruitment experience matters, whichever side of the conversation you're on.
A few things you might want to know.
Whether you're hiring or looking for your next opportunity, here are a few of the things you might want to know before getting in touch.

05 Where can I send my CV? +
You can send your CV directly to bianca@talenthiverecruitment.co.uk .
It helps to include a short note about the type of role you're looking for, your location and anything important Bianca should know about what you want next.
